We're based in Toronto, Canada. 

The orders are processed within 3-4 business days unless indicated otherwise (vacation or busier seasons). 

We are unable to ship some larger items like car seats or strollers due to their size and weight. If you would like us to look into shipping rates for those larger items, please contact us at info@heykiddostore.com

We offer free local pickup at Sweet Thrills in Toronto. Only pick this option if you are able to come to the store to get your order.
